Refund Policy

UniDrill Pro is a low-cost digital subscription (₹199, inclusive of applicable taxes, for a 12-month term) that delivers immediate and irrevocable access to digital educational content. Because the product is digital and is consumed the moment access is granted, all sales are final and fees are non-refundable, except in the narrow circumstances expressly set out in this policy. Please read this policy in full before purchasing. By completing payment you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to it.

1. Nature of the product & consent to immediate access

UniDrill Pro is a digital service delivered electronically and made available to you instantly upon successful payment. By purchasing, you expressly request and consent to the immediate provision of the service and acknowledge that, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, any "cooling-off" or cancellation right is waived once access has begun.

2. General rule — all sales final

Given the nominal price and the immediate delivery of digital goods, all amounts paid for UniDrill Pro are non-refundable, save only for the limited eligibility described in Section 3 below.

3. Limited refund eligibility (7-day window)

A refund may be considered only where every one of the following conditions is satisfied:

5. Why refunds are limited — cost transparency

The ₹199 price is inclusive of 18% Goods & Services Tax (GST), which is collected on behalf of and remitted to the Government and is not recoverable by us, as well as payment-gateway, hosting, content-delivery and operational costs which together account for substantially the whole of the price. Our net margin per subscription is negligible. Consequently, even where a refund is approved under Section 3, it will be processed net of non-refundable GST and payment-gateway / processing charges, and may therefore be only partial.

6. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from your registered email address, within the eligibility window, providing: your registered name; your Order ID and Razorpay Payment ID; and a detailed description together with supporting evidence (screenshots or a screen recording) of the technical fault. Incomplete requests will not be processed.

7. Review & decision

We will review eligible requests within seven (7) business days. All refund decisions are made at UniDrill's sole and absolute discretion, are assessed strictly against Sections 3 to 5, and are final and binding. Submitting a request does not entitle you to a refund.

8. Processing of approved refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days of approval, less any non-refundable GST and gateway charges. We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.

9. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first completing the process in this policy is a breach of our Terms of Service. We reserve the right to contest such disputes using our records of access and delivery, and to suspend the relevant account pending resolution.

10. No auto-renewal

UniDrill Pro is a one-time purchase for a 12-month term with no automatic renewal, so no unexpected charges can arise.

11. Changes & statutory rights

We may amend this policy at any time; the version in force at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit any right you may have that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Questions? Write to [email protected].
