These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the UniDrill website, applications, content and services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by UniDrill ("UniDrill", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to use the Service. If you are under 18 years of age, you may use the Service only under the supervision and with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use and any payments.
UniDrill is an independent, NCERT-grounded examination-preparation platform offering study notes, practice questions, mock tests, previous-year papers, tools and related materials for self-study. All content is indicative and provided for educational purposes only. We may add, modify, suspend or discontinue any feature or part of the Service at any time, without notice and without liability to you.
UniDrill is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored by, or officially connected to the National Testing Agency (NTA), NCERT, CBSE, any university, board or government body. References to "CUET", "NTA", "NCERT" and similar names are used nominatively, for identification and educational reference only; all trademarks and rights belong to their respective owners.
Certain features require an account, which you may create using Google Sign-In. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your credentials secure, and to be responsible for all activity under your account. Accounts are personal to you and may not be shared, resold or transferred. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. We may refuse, suspend or terminate any account at our discretion.
UniDrill Pro is offered at ₹199 (inclusive of applicable taxes) for a 12-month term, charged once, with no automatic renewal. Prices and features may change prospectively. Payments are processed by our third-party payment partner (Razorpay); by purchasing you authorise the charge and agree to their terms. Access to Pro is personal and non-transferable. All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.
All content, compilations, question banks, explanations, design, software, branding and other materials made available through the Service are owned by or licensed to UniDrill and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. NCERT-derived source material is used for educational purposes. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the content solely for your own examination preparation. No other rights are granted.

Breach of this Section may result in immediate termination without refund and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability.
Any feedback, suggestions or ideas you submit may be used by us freely, without restriction, attribution or compensation, and you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to do so.
The Service relies on third parties including Google (sign-in), Razorpay (payments) and Cloudflare (hosting, security and analytics). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible or liable for third-party services.
The Service and all content are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not guarantee any examination result, score, rank or admission. Always verify all information against official NTA and NCERT sources. You use the Service at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UniDrill and its founders, team and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, or for any loss of data, opportunity, goodwill or profits, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service. In all cases, our total aggregate liability for any and all claims shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim (and in any event no more than ₹199).
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless UniDrill and its team from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any breach or suspected breach of these Terms, or to protect the Service. Termination for breach does not entitle you to any refund. You may stop using the Service at any time.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to the grievance process below, the courts of competent jurisdiction in India (at the place of UniDrill's principal place of business) shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, and you submit to that jurisdiction.
In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder, any grievance regarding the Service or content may be sent to our Grievance Officer at [email protected]. We will acknowledge your grievance within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve it within a reasonable time.
These Terms, together with our Privacy and Refund policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights without our consent; we may assign ours freely. Headings are for convenience only. We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version; your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Please review these Terms periodically.
